How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of furtasticstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Quality is good enough. Despite the fact that the delivery was very long (for aortic reasons), I shoot the star for not putting the screws in the kit.

They're ideal. My cat is delighted. You don't have to eat down anymore.
It is as expected, easy to assemble (includes screwdriver). Very well packed, it goes in white polyurethane (porexpan) and there has been no problem for ceramic bowls.
Pleasantly surprised! Already super well packaged! Delivery by private delivery man! After inside everything is well kept and nickel! The little more I really enjoyed is the screw turn supplied with that it is top! No instructions but I am zero in editing I succeeded without problem so it is that everyone can do it! The quality of the materials is just top! The ceramic bowls are very thick and strong. I highly recommend this purchase to owners of cats and dogs

Nice product. Man must assemble yourself, screwdriver was provided. Wood smells a little after fresh colors or paint. I leave few days outside. Ceramic shell is dishwasher friendly. Straight I tried. Is not broken. Delivery time is appropriate.

Floating structure, it's not as robust as it appears in the photo. Pretty bowls although somewhat small the inner part.

Very well packaged, with bubble wraps on the outside! The screwdriver was included and also non slip sticker for the bottom!! Really easy to build, the wood is very nice material and the plates extremely sturdy and thick :) Overall an excellent quality product and my fatty loved it ^^

Everything was very well packed. Came whole + nice bonus screwdriver. Made on the conscience, does not shake, does not slip on the floor (additionally there are silicone circles that are attached to the legs of the stand. Photo). The fibers of the tree can be slightly thin, but it does not confuse me, it's a tree.

The bowl came intact, packed in foam and bubble polyethylene. In the set even there is a screwdriver. Did not twist until the end of one screw. Need a Man's power or shurovert) I'm very happy with a bowl, you will not find such in Moscow.

Exactly like the description, it was sold on amazon the same much more expensive. It came with a tool (royo ikea) to mount the structure, well packed and not a minimum defect. Excellent quality.
It's very comfortable, easy to install and my kitten loved it.
I liked everything very much. Looks All durable and quality. Bowls are heavy, the design itself is also heavy, for a dog 8 kg just right, will not make fun of bowls and bowls will not ride on the floor. In the set there is a screwdriver and nails, it is collected in 3 minutes. There is not a big smell, but it is probably from the foam in which the parcel lay.

Very well packed in porexpan and bubble plastic, I was afraid for the bowls but everything has come in perfect condition. Easy to Assemble, comes even with a screwdriver, spare screws and non-slip stickers for the legs.
