How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of furtasticstore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

It’s perfect. Exactly as it is in the pictures. The cat lives it! :)
The product corresponds to the description. I would have put 5 points if the store had to pack the goods correctly. The front wall is made of plastic, which crumples and beats. Such goods should be packed in a protective film and a strong box, not in a cardboard!!!! As a result, the goods came mint, creases on the plastic did not straighten, plastic in scratches. I was going to give this bag, but in this form you can not give it.
Just received this! It's got a smell to it but that's normal for being 2 months packaged. I left it to air but my cat already likes it :) She's a big cat so it's really good that it can extend. The zippers all work and it's all sown well. Thank you!

This is one of my best purchases ever! My kitty cat loved it, and loves to be inside of it even at home! When you walk, it "jumps" up and down a little bit, of course, but she showed no signs of discomfort and it's not heavy at all for our backs. The only negative thing: the plastic that comes to protect the front is very hard to take out completely, as you can see in the last photo. BUT it came wrapped all over with plastic and bubble wrap, and got here in one piece and no scratches, so I find that amazing! Really recommend!
As described, cute pink colour. Fits my cat well and she was comfortable inside when the back flap is extended. She is 4.3kg with height of 42cm (from collar). Arrived approximately in a month. Thank you store!

The straps were hard to stick, the plastic around the edges is carded in places, otherwise everything looks good, places for a cat is enough or for a small dog.

Thought i ordered purple from the picture, But its actually blue when i receive it. True to size and other description. Order arrived in Canada in 25 days, very reasonable and expected. My cat is 12lbs and she fits fine. The expandable feature at the back is great !
Backpack is good, zippers are quality. In places, threads stick out. In the main department, I would like a bottom on harder, when moving (when a backpack on the back) waves and cats are created inconvenient. The tent on the side of the straps is large (for our cat weighing 2,4), but the shape does not hold. Color as in the picture.
product as described..item received dented as it was only packed in a plastic courier bag and not in a box...i manage to fix the dent on the plastic.dent didnt do a big damage so it wasnt an issue.definitely fits a cat within the 2kg!

Unfortunately, the backpack did not receive. Problems with customs already in Russia. I highly recommend that you specify in advance with the store all the delivery points. After opening the dispute, the money for the goods was returned. When delivery by courier, you will need your passport data. The seller has no complaints about it. Упаковано хорошо, пришел без повреждений. Опробовали, удобно, но на жаре прозрачная часть отчасти работает как линза, показалось небезопасным. Для вечерних прогулок или в пасмурные дни
Отличный рюкзак, есть только один косяк конструктора, молния открывания стенки, ( для того чтобы работала функция вольер) находится со стороны где сидит животное, это не удобно. В остальном всё отлично, а за такие деньги - вообще СУПЕР!!!
